Application Information:
- After submitting your application, you will receive an email updating you on your acceptance status within a week of your application being submitted
- Upon receiving an acceptance email, please send your payment via Venmo to @Kymble-Wyman within 7 days. Please contact us if another form of payment is requested. Booth spaces are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- You will be given a map detailing your booth area prior to the event. There is limited wall space and electrical outlets at the event. It will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like electricity, please select the option in the application. If you sign up for electricity, please bring an extension cord.
Event Information:
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and displays. All displays, tables, and chairs must remain within your designated area so as to not block walkways.
- The Market offers door prizes to the first 50 customers to attend the Market in order to increase early turnout for the event. We get a long line of people waiting to get in due to this marketing strategy and has proved to be very successful. Vendors are encouraged to set aside one small item ($10 value or less) and a business card to be used to hand out to early shoppers. We will have a table to collect your donations in the morning during set-up. Please let us know via email or our socials with any questions or concerns you may have concerning the door prizes. All donations are appreciated!
- Set-up for the event will begin at 7 a.m. Saturday Morning. There will not be any set up time available the night before.
- Vendors must keep their booths set up for the entirety of the event. Your area must be completely cleared out by 5:00 p.m.
- Vendors are welcome to bring/purchase food and drink for themselves and their workers, please make sure to keep your area clean and throw all trash away.
- Vendors are responsible for their own sales, receipts, and taxes. All vendors should have any needed permits and licensing. Instructions for registering with the IRS for taxes will be sent in a later email.
Cancellation Policy:
- There will be an automatic $15 cancellation fee. The last day to cancel for a full refund (excluding the cancellation fee) is August 5th. After 08/05, a 50% refund will be available upon cancellation until September 5th. After 09/05, no refunds will be available upon cancellation.
